If there have been any unoriginal alterations made to the piece, we will always disclose this information on the product listing.

99% of our inventory is PRE-OWNED, hence may come with natural signs of wear.
Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage, pre-loved, and altered garments and accessories. The garments and accessories in our shop all have their unique history.
SSW sometimes sells items that are "Deadstock"/"New Old Stock"- these particular items have never been used or worn, and may still have original tags attached - these items might also show signs of age. We promise to include meticulous details of any wear for each item.

Shipping process begins in 2-3 days upon completion of payment. Shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days once the item is in transit. (American orders average 5 business days)

SSW ships all luxury/designer packages with a signature required unless this service is unavailable due to an international address or unless specifically noted. If you request to waive a signature for delivery, you assume responsibility for any/all missing packages. SSW insures all packages up to $100. SSW is not responsible for any damaged/missing packages and will only be responsible for an insurance claim/refund up to $100. Buyer will be responsible for filing any subsequent shipping claims with the shipping carrier and/or insurance company.

We do ship internationally. We will try to ship to any destination.
Overseas shipping fees from the United States may cost around $80 to $250 with a signature requirement and a shipping timeline of 5-10 business days with tracking. Without a signature, the international shipping fee may be $45 to $80, taking about 2 weeks with tracking.
